Shipping

All orders will be shipped with DHL Express courier services from Bulgaria (in the European Union). 
PLEASE, PROVIDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER AT CHECKOUT WITHIN THE NOTE TO SELLER (DHL will contact you if it is not able to deliver your order for any reason and you will be able to coordinate directly with the delivery person)

We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States.

Orders receiving

If we have the garment(s) in stock, it will be shipped within 2 days.
If we don't have the garment(s) in stock, our talented team will start making your order and we'd aim to ship it within 5 business days.

Once you place an order, you'd receive your order:
> U.S. / Canada - within 1-2 weeks
> Asia - within 2-3 weeks
> EU countries - within 2-4 business days
> All other ends of the world - within 3 weeks

I. Shipping Cost

Shipping cost varies by the country in which you live and the number and type of garment(s) you may choose to order. However, don’t worry! Once you add any piece(s) to your shopping bag, you’ll be able to see the applicable shipping cost associated with any potential order before checking out.

II.Signature requirements

DHL Express Orders are sent with a signature requirement to provide an ease of delivery based on extensive customer feedback. If the package value is $200 or above and/or delivered within the E.U., however, we will automatically select the signature requirement for you. In case you'd like us to send any other order with a signature requirement (or if you wish for us to waive the signature requirement), please add a note to seller at checkout along with your phone number. We offer this service at no additional cost to you. We want to ensure that we provide you with the best customer service possible, so whichever option works for you best, works for us as well. (Given the possibility of mail theft around the world, we strongly encourage our customers to consider the signature requirement if they believe there is any chance of their package being stolen from their front doorstep, etc.). However, if the tracking number confirms delivery, we consider the package delivered and respectfully won't be able to offer any resolution. 

III. Lost Packages

Although we send all shipments via DHL Express (and subsidize those shipping costs) to ensure the highest quality and most secure possible delivery to you, DHL does on occasion experience lost/stolen packages. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for DHL and would not be able to reimburse you in case your package gets lost or stolen. Please contact DHL in the event of such an unfortunate incident as they are best positioned to remediate the issue. 

IV. Customs duties and fees

Some countries charge additional customs duties and fees and customers are responsible for any such charges. As best as practicable, although we are by no means global customs experts, we strive to make customers aware of the possibility of such duties and fees in advance of sending any order (in this context, you may get a courtesy email warning). We are occasionally asked if we can send packages as gifts to avoid such charges. To be clear, even if certain, other e-commerce businesses engage in this practice (as we are told), this is an illegal practice and may additionally subject you, as the customer, to penalties and fines in your own country. Regardless, as a business that strives to be ethical in its approach, we are not able to mark your items as gifts with low value on customs forms. 

V. Shipping Address

All items will be shipped to the address on your Marcellamodanyc account. If you wish your item to be shipped to a different address, please add a note to seller at checkout so that we can use the appropriate address. If we mail your order to the address on your Marcellamodanyc account prior to your sending us any request for an address change, we would be unable to reimburse you for the cost of potentially transferring the package.  We thank you in advance for your kind understanding.
